Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and kk8my ("Platform" or "We"). This document governs your access to and use of the kk8my website, including all services, games, promotions and other features available on it.

By completing the registration process, logging in to your account or simply browsing this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. kk8my reserves the right to amend, add or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice.

User Eligibility

kk8my services are only open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident domiciled in an area where online betting is permitted.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed under a self-exclusion or self-limit programme of any relevant regulatory body.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party not authorised by kk8my.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) registered account with kk8my. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all such accounts and the cancellation of any accumulated winnings or balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number, email and payment details. kk8my reserves the right to request additional proof of identity at any time for verification purposes.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer service immediately. kk8my is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in managing their login information.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The kk8my platform supports various payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay and the cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for each payment method.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM50 per transaction. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the payment method chosen and internal verification processes.

• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the same user's name.
• kk8my does not allow fund transfers between different user accounts.
• Withdrawals are subject to the settlement of wagering requirements for any active bonus in the account.
• kk8my reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal for legal compliance purposes.

Bonuses and Promotions

kk8my offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 will yield a bonus of RM120, bringing your balance to RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 25 = RM3,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For deposits of RM1,800 and above, a maximum bonus of RM1,000 will be given with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

Wagering requirement refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. Only the bonus amount is subject to the wagering requirement, not your original deposit amount.

• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly exchanged for cash.
• kk8my reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud, misuse or a breach of terms is found.
• Specific terms for each promotion will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

Betting Rules

All bets placed through the kk8my platform are final once confirmed by the system. kk8my is not responsible for errors made by users during the betting process, including selecting the wrong market or entering an incorrect amount.

kk8my reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets in the following situations:

• Technical or system errors that affect game results.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or use of unauthorised third-party software.
• Results obtained from invalid information or data manipulation.
• Data corruption or communication disruption causing inaccuracies in bet recording.

Prohibited User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out any of the following actions while using the kk8my platform:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or unlawful financial activity.
• Collaborating with other players to cheat, exploit or manipulate the game system.
• Disclosing your login credentials to another party or allowing another individual to use your account.
• Spreading misleading or false information about the kk8my platform to the public.
• Taking any action that could damage the reputation, operations or security of the kk8my platform.

Account Closure and Suspension

kk8my reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or requests from the relevant authorities.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the kk8my customer support team. Any valid account balance in an account closed at the user's request will be processed for withdrawal subject to compliance with all active conditions. This process takes between 10 and 45 minutes.

Limitation of Liability

kk8my provides betting services on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, absence of errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, kk8my is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use this platform, including loss of expected winnings.

• kk8my does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all games or services at all times.
• kk8my is not responsible for any service disruptions resulting from scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and bear full responsibility for their own betting decisions.

Changes to These Terms

kk8my reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the website or by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
